Make Up Room merupakan tugas dari seorang Room Attendant untuk merapikan
kamar tamu mulai dari bedroom sampai dengan bathroom.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan saat Make Up Room :
a. Menyiapkan carry caddy dan peralatan pembersih lainnya (cloth, chemical).
b. Morning briefing dan senam (exercise).
c. Menyiapkan sheet, duvet, pillow case dan vacuum machine.
d. Memeriksa status kamar.
e. Memasuki kamar tamu, menyalakan lampu dan membuka curtain.
f. Mengumpulkan sampah, dan mengecek properti dalam kamar yang hilang atau rusak.
g. Striping linen yang berada di area bed dan bathroom.
h. Memeriksa properti kamar yang rusak dan segera membuat laporan kerusakan atau melaporkan kepada supervisor.
i. Flush toilet, dan memberi chemical pada toilet mengelilingi toilet bowl, memberi chemical pada wash basin, bathtub dan dinding shower.
j. Mengumpulkan gelas-gelas, piring dan ashtray yang kotor dan alirkan dengan air.

y. Update status kamar, mematikan lampu, dan menutup pintu secara perlahan hingga rapat. .
